We’ve been experiencing explosive growth and are looking for a talented individual to join our expanding team.
We are actively hiring for a permit coordinator / operations department admin. Our perfect candidate is professional, reliable, and extremely detail oriented. Customer-service experience is preferable as the position requires liaising with personnel at various building departments and existing customers.
Job Duties:
- Picking up and dropping off permit packages with Departments of Building (DOB’s)
- Coordinating close-out inspections with DOB’s and homeowners
- Providing required documentation to DOB’s for the necessary close-out inspections
- Organizing/merging historic customer files on the company’s network drive and maintaining current customer files
- Filing: hard copies and digital copies to the company’s server
- Data entry into customer database
- Occasional data gathering/research projects
- Assisting permit coordinator and utility/rebate coordinator team-members in various duties

Job Requirements:
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Access to a vehicle
Hours 8 am and 4 pm
