We’re seeking an electrician helper to assist in the successful installation of residential and commercial solar systems. We install and maintain the highest-quality components and use cutting-edge technology.

Experience and Skills

• Experience in commercial and/or residential electrical preferred, no prior solar experience is required. We will train the right person.
• Comfortable working on ladders and tight spaces.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Run and bend conduit.
• Wire and terminate devices, and pull wire.
• Perform quality control to identify hazards and defects.
• Ensure compliance with codes.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift heavy objects.
• Follow instructions, work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Own basic electrical hand tools, Lineman, diagonal cutters, screwdrivers, etc.
• Have a basic understanding of NEC codes.
