Job Description:

Solar Sales Consultants will have the opportunity to educate homeowners on the benefits of clean alternative energy through the consultative selling approach. Using design software, you will present the potential solar layout, function and benefits of solar energy to the prospect based on their utility needs. This position requires a competitive, self-motivated individual who truly desires to help customers reduce costs with a very high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize sales process on prospect appointments.
  • Build sales pipeline from self-prospecting, provided marketing leads, referrals, etc. Meet sales quotas and revenue targets through developing accounts & networking.
  • Conduct needs analysis of prospect’s current & projected electrical usage and determine a financial ROI.
  • Generate project proposals and quotes through our design portal.
  • Close cash, finance & lease contracts.
  • Log all communications with prospects & customers into CRM database.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for competitive individuals with strong negotiation skills, desire for advancement and experience selling products & services. Strong follow-up skills via phone & email, organization, computer experience with Word, Excel & Powerpoint. This career offers unlimited earning potential with no cap on sales commissions on base salary.
